About the Nerd
Ian is a professional nerd with 25 years of IT support experience, he left his former employees (an Insurance Company) in March 2006 as he got bored with having to re-apply for his own job and repeatedly justifying not relocating it to India, so he ticked the ‘apply for voluntary redundancy’ box.
He then started his own company IDA Associates Limited in order to provide a wide-range of IT support services to small businesses and individuals within the Norwich and Norfolk area.
